The accident occurred when a passenger bus, Na 4 Kha 5143, en route to Dang from Kathmandu collided head-on with a truck with Indian registration number, UP 32 DN 854, which was coming from an opposite direction along the Mahendra highway at 8:40 am this morning.</div>
