KATHMANDU, JUN 21 - A Yeti Airlines plane made an emergency landing at the Dhangadi Airport on Sunday. The Yeti airliner, en route to Kathmandu from Dhangadi, landed two minutes after the take off at 10:30 am this morning.
The aircraft lost power to its left engine forcing the pilot to make the emergency landing .
All the passengers onboard are safe.
This is the second time in four days a Yeti Airlinesplane made an emergency landing . On Wednesday, a Jetstream-41 jet of the airlines landed at Biratnagar Airport after a bird strike.
The jet had just taken off when the bird hit the engine of the jet. Pilots made a successful landing despite the damage.
